Powell Bedgood is currently Corporate Vice President of Engineering for Mediacom Communications Corporation located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. His responsibilities include Disaster Recovery, Hospitality Solutions, Alternative Guide Development, Integration and Deployment, Broadband Stimulus Management, Advanced Set-Top Box Applications Integration and Deployment, and management of DOCSIS 3 deployments. Prior to his current position in Gulf Breeze, he served as Vice President of Engineering for Mediacom's South Central Division and Director of Engineering for Mediacom's Georgia Region.
Mr. Bedgood started his career in the cable industry in 1979, and has been an active SCTE member since 1983 serving on the Board of Directors for SCTE Palmetto Chapter, SCTE Dixie Chapter and SCTE Emerald Coast Chapter where he is currently serving as Chapter Secretary. Mr. Bedgood holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Chaminade University in Honolulu, HI and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Technology from Augusta Technical Institute in Augusta, GA.

Mark
O'Ceallaigh is the Vice President of Network Operations for Cox Communications,
Gulf Coast, Florida, and at different times in his 34-year
career has been involved in most every aspect of cable telecommunications,
as well as a writer/reporter for newspapers in the St. Petersburg,
Tampa Bay area.
Originally
from Chicago by way of St. Petersburg, Florida, he worked
for Time Warner Communications for 27 years' prior to joining
Cox.
Mark
is a graduate of the University of South Florida, earning
a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology,
and an MBA in Technology Management. He resides in beautiful bucolic Santa Rosa County, Florida, with his wife and daughter.
